2. Green, yellow and orange baked vegetables – While raw vegetables are certainly not a bad choice, research has shown that for migraine sufferers, cooked vegetables are even better. These vegetables include spinach (one of the best foods for migraine sufferers), broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, and squash are among the best foods that don’t cause migraines.
