The Google Side of Wind Power

The word Google and the term wind power are not generally found together in the same article, but according to the song, times are changing. The Internet company has been investing millions of dollars, 400 million dollars to be exact, in alternative energy projects like this one. Your latest investment of $ 55 million in a wind power park in Southern California represents your continued commitment to this.

The main reason they invested this time was to help power their huge data banks of information. Generally, when companies invest this amount of money in a project, they expect to obtain monetary returns on their investment. Google is no exception. This is exactly why they have invested in the past.

They are most likely learning more about how this technology works and how beneficial it is for the environment. Google has always been known as a company that wants to do the right thing, and just because they want to see a more practical return on their investment this time around rather than a monetary one doesn’t mean this is an exception. However, this latest investment has raised many eyebrows.

This may be due to the fact that the wind energy business in California has been declining lately. That’s why it seems like a risky move on their part and perhaps why other investors were surprised that Google got on board. They are acting like they want to be innovative in this field, and so far they seem to be doing a good job.

They seem to have some very smart and entrepreneurial minded people on their board of directors. The decisions they have made thus far have always seemed to work out the way they wanted. They also seem to be on track with what the American public wants and needs to have.

As the record stands at the moment, the internet search giant hasn’t been on the losing end of any of its companies. Either they see this technology as the wave of the future and have extremely good timing, or they see their position in the business community as a good way to attract more attention and more or less make their own luck as a result of that. Whatever the case, they seem to be right.

Another thing that may surprise people is your obvious ethical behavior. Typically, a company of this size is known to lack it and to utter disregard for the people who helped it succeed. This is not the case with Google and neither do they have to go to any lengths to prove that point. You can see it in their daily activities and their obvious genuine concern for the environment as they continue to invest millions in relatively unproven science.

All these paths continue to point to a bright future for Google. In this case, that bright future will be powered by wind power. And if they get their way, they’ll take everyone else too.
