Broker Price Opinion Form Filling Automation

Until now, the most popular broker price feedback automation processes have used iMacros software. iMacros allows a user to access a CSV export at the beginning of the script, followed by tags that direct the data from each cell on the spreadsheet to the corresponding field on the BPO form.

I found little initial success after creating my first set of iMacros for a simple LSI form, but not all BPO forms are the same. Then came Emortgage Logic. I fought because some fields were filled and others were not. After checking the codes, I realized that iMacros was being lazy and not counting after 50 fields. Yes, iMacros is lazy because sometimes it just doesn’t want to work. I had to manually enter and enter the proper field numbers for the entire form because there are almost 200 fields. Oh! Okay, don’t worry, I just wasted a day trying to figure this out, but I’ll prevail. I set up the iMacros to run the script the next day and it flows wonderfully filling the MLS outputs. I press save and then continue with the automation with the following form. Little did I know that the data in all the drop down menus was not being saved even though it is in the BPO form. The next morning I have a batch of unfinished orders and I spend another week trying to get help through your online forum to no avail. I’m beginning to feel wary that I can make up for lost time through automation. I also realize that the part of the form filling that I can automate is what I was able to manually enter in 5 minutes anyway. Was I really automating myself? I still had to fill in topic info, neighborhood info, settings, comparable comments, comparable proximities, broker comments, my topic location, etc. On top of that, CSV export from MLS is a new add-on process that requires a little extra time. They just didn’t sell me the claim to “automate 90% of a BPO”, at least not with iMacros.

Therefore, the idea of a more flexible and extreme automation that could use 100% of MLS data regardless of the column output, and be available for use with any MLS that can export data to a CSV, was made reality. IForm, a new generation of Broker Price Opinion form filling automation, was born.

Disclaimer: iMacros is a worldwide product designed to easily fill out forms and automate web browser processes. I respect the work they have done on a large scale. I still use iMacros for a variety of other business tasks. I am simply identifying why your product falls short to specifically process the Broker Price Opinion form filling automation.
