Crystal healing for a sore throat

With cold and flu season upon us, we all have a tendency to get a sore throat as a side effect. Sometimes these can be painful and can bother even the most patient of people when they catch a cold. There are some alternatives to traditional throat sprays and lozenges that can help relieve discomfort and heal at the same time.

Crystal healing using a water-based charged elixir can work wonders in curing a sore throat. This should not be used in place of medical advice, but should be used at your own discretion. Therefore, seek professional medical attention if your throat worsens.

First you need to make sure you have a bottle of purified water and a blue quartz. If you can’t find a blue quartz, you can also use aquamarine as a substitute if necessary. You want to charge and program the bottle of purified water 1 hour with Blue Quartz or Aquamarine. After this is loaded, gargle with purified water and repeat as many times as needed. The charged water will heal the inside of your throat. Remember to gargle, not swallow.

If you want to cure a sore throat problem from the outside, you can also lie in your bed and place a blue quartz on your throat chakra for 15 minute intervals. Again, you can also use an aquamarine crystal for this if necessary. Remember to clean after each use and repeat as many times as necessary.
