Manifest the Perfect Evaluation Conversation Using the Law of Attraction

“Ruby! Stop daydreaming and focus!” – I can almost hear my teachers at school screaming out loud.

For me, though, daydreaming was always a great way to focus. Focus on what I want, what it might look and feel like, all the possibilities that might exist, and the chain of events to follow. Even at a young age, I knew that daydreaming was my thing and it made me very happy and that those days would be fabulous.

As the year draws to a close, I’ve been thinking a lot about what 2012 will look like. And of course, I’ve had quite a few clients who are taking training sessions because they’re worried about annual assessments due in early 2012! !

And even for self-employed people, this time might mean looking at what we’ve accomplished in 2010 and planning what we’d like to do in 2012.

For me, prepaving, or as Abraham calls it, Segment Intent, is a great tool that can be used for this purpose.

The way I understand pre-paving as a process is to see something happen before it manifests into your reality. We are drawing into our experience every second, so by focusing on a particular event or situation, we can precisely create the reality we would like.

And for me, daydreaming is the best way to pave. Doing this as many times as possible throughout the day will, over time, make you a powerful deliberate creator. (I wonder what my school teachers will say about this!)

The thing to remember here is that Source doesn’t care if you are vibrating from a place of reality or imagination. Simply deliver what you are vibrating. I got this quote from the learnings from the movie The Secret:

“The law of attraction is impersonal, it works like photocopying. What you are thinking and feeling in each moment and then it sends you an exact photocopy that becomes your life. That makes your ability to change your whole world very easy. To change the outside world all you have to do is change the way you think and feel and the law of attraction will photocopy the change.”

Here’s how you can take creative control of your life and that troubling Review conversation with your boss:

  • Spend time dreaming about how the evaluation might turn out. As often as you can.
  • Imagine the conversation you will have with your boss. Play!
  • Imagine how your boss will react. What kind of comments and suggestions will be given?
  • Imagine a relaxed, friendly, collaborative, and constructive appraisal interview.
  • Look happy and satisfied when you leave.

I’ve been doing a lot of silent evaluation conversations this month and it seems to put a lot of people in a more relaxed place. And that is a great place to be when you are manifesting abundance in your life!

Keep dreaming, prepare a fantastic evaluation in advance. Remember that YOU are in control of your life.
