He realized that he is hungry and has not eaten lunch. you look
around and the only place you can quickly find is
McDonald’s. What do you do for a living?
Your mind says no, it’s not healthy food. Your stomach says yes
it’s time to eat. It’s running out of food or a quick drink at McDonalds. What’s with all the negative exposure regarding McDonald’s nutrition information?
You make the decision to grab something so that your mind is clear
for your big date. Now what? Burgers, McNuggets, French fries, shakes, salads, it all confuses you as the best nutritional choice.
After reviewing McDonald’s current nutrition information, I have
decided to make it easy for the consumer to make smart
options listing my McDonalds “Best Pick Awards”. Please remember, you have a choice. Mickey D’s has tried to offer some healthier alternatives to choose from. It is your responsibility to make that smart choice.
My biggest concern in looking at McDonald’s nutrition facts was the amount of artery-clogging saturated fat found in each item. I also paid close attention to the number of calories in each item.

menu than in the past, but overall, it’s not like eating brown rice and steamed vegetables. I am listing all of the foods below in the “not too bad” category.
Here’s my list of McDonald’s “Best Pick Awards.”
