Earth Shattering Orgasms – Ejaculation Control for Men by Strengthening the PC Muscle

Since the dawn of time, men have been using their own style of tactics to delay ejaculation with limited success. Today is the time to learn some hard facts and a simple practice for men who want to learn how to become “Class A lovers in the bedroom” and last longer during intercourse. The benefits of learning techniques to delay ejaculation are enormous. To last longer during lovemaking, it provides more time for intimacy, communication, pleasure, loving feelings, and the opportunity for stronger orgasms for a man and greater opportunities for orgasm for a woman.

First of all, for safety reasons, if you have any kind of prostate problem or are suffering from a non-specific urinary tract infection problem, you should not practice the following technique until your doctor has given you the go-ahead.

Strengthen your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle

A strong pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, or sex love muscle, is an extremely important muscle for a man to develop who wants to last longer and delay ejaculation. A strong pubococcygeus muscle can strengthen a man’s erection and increase the sensations of his climax. The pubococcygeus muscle is the muscle that a man squeezes to cut off urination.

To practice strengthening your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, this is what you should do. The next time you urinate, try to stop the flow midway, this will activate only the PC muscle. However, if you have a weak pubococcygeus muscle, you may feel that you are also tightening the muscles of the anus and lower abs.

Practice is the key

Here is a simple technique to practice daily to strengthen and isolate your pubococcygeus muscle. Stand in front of a mirror and lift the Pubococcygeus muscle, hold it down for 3 seconds, then release and push down on the Pubococcygeus muscle for 3 seconds.

Continue for 5 minutes, stretching the PC muscle and release by pushing down on the PC muscle. You will know that you are exercising your pubococcygeus muscle if your penis rises and falls while you practice your exercises. I highly recommend exercising and strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle, at least once a day or, better yet, twice a day for 5 minutes.

Recently, one of my Ra’Anui Erotic Tantra students told me that he performs 100 PC muscle contractions a day, to keep his PC muscle strong and healthy! This man had the most incredible bodily orgasms with delayed ejaculation! Strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle is one of the greatest sexual secrets a man can know.

Once you’ve successfully mastered exercising your pubococcygeus muscle for a month, it may be time to test your newly strengthened love muscle with your partner during intercourse.

Activate your PC muscle during intercourse to delay ejaculation

During intercourse, please yourself and your partner. As soon as you feel your orgasmic energy build up between the male thighs, about 25 seconds before ejaculation, withdraw your penis, take a deep breath, hold your breath, and at the same time lift your pubococcygeus muscle. Hold the position for as long as you can (5 seconds).

When you release the PC muscle, breathe out slowly and visualize that you are pulling your orgasmic energy, from the genitals upward, toward the head, and outward to all parts of your body. Take three slow, deep breaths and then continue with sexual intercourse.

DO NOT squeeze the pubococcygeus muscle too late!

Guys, be conservative, don’t tighten your PC muscles too late. Think on the safe side and stop long before making love than you would during masturbation. If you leave your Pubococcygeus muscle tight too late, you will ejaculate!

To conclude, you may only need to do a strong contraction of the PC muscle, to push your orgasmic energy from between your thighs upward to other parts of your body. Also, if you decide to stay inside the vagina during intercourse, both you and your partner will need to stop all movement while you learn to delay ejaculation.

Keep making love

When you feel ready to continue sexual intercourse, stop squeezing your PC muscle, breathe in and out slowly, breathe in slowly three times, and try. Do you still feel close to orgasm? If your orgasm has not receded, squeeze the PC for 5 more seconds.

Now you can start moving again and continue to please yourself and your partner. Keep practicing your new PC muscle contraction technique until your partner has reached orgasm or until you decide you are ready to ejaculate.
